The entry roles of nursing and midwifery, RUSONs and RUSOMs care for their clients within procedural and policy guidelines. They also work in a team under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or midwife.
RUSONs and RUSOMs must have the skills to build therapeutic and professional relationships with individuals, as well as with families, groups and communities.
